Multidisciplinary care for urinary incontinence, pelvic floor disorders, and lower urinary tract dysfunction in women.
Many women experience urinary symptoms that significantly affect their quality of life yet often delay seeking treatment. Our dedicated Female Urology service provides specialised evaluation and management of these conditions in a confidential, supportive, and multidisciplinary environment.
Led by Dr. Swanit Deshpande, in collaboration with Dr. Vaishnavi Kokate (Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist), Dr. Anuja Chandrana, Dr. Swarika Deshpande Ranadive, and Dr. Angad Ranadive, the service offers comprehensive care for stress urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, recurrent urinary tract infections, pelvic floor dysfunction, voiding disorders, and neuro-urological conditions. Advanced diagnostic services include Video Urodynamic Studies, pelvic floor electromyography (EMG), and uroflowmetry. Treatment options include pelvic floor rehabilitation, posterior tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS), minimally invasive therapies, mid-urethral sling procedures (TVT/TOT), and Burch colposuspension.
